Council of 100
“I see this as an investment in the future of the town of Temagami. I can think of no better or far reaching way to positively impact our community than by becoming a member of the Council of 100.”
Marvyn Morrison, Temagami resident
Council of 100 (C100) was created in 2008 as a way for the Temagami Community Foundation to help connect donors to the needs of the community and strengthen the Foundation’s role as a convener for important issues.
The goal of C100 is to assemble 100 interested donors from all sectors of the Temagami Community who will each pledge $5,000 to the TCF endowment fund. The C100 endowment fund will enable the Foundation to build on its success and be a vital community asset for future generations.
The $500,000 raised through C100 will permanently endow the operation costs of the TCF, providing a base from which to expand its role as convener, collaborator, and endowment builder for the benefit of the entire Temagami community.
