Arts camp
June 29 – July 3, 2026
Bear Island
Open to children ages 6-12
Arts camp is a cornerstone program of the Temagami Community Foundation, bringing together young people from the three communities: Temagami First Nation, the lake, and the town, including both permanent and seasonal residents. For over 20 years, Arts camp has provided a space where children can connect, collaborate, and build lasting friendships through shared creative experiences. Laura Irvine and Mike Grant will once again join us as the co-directors for Arts camp.
The week culminates in a joyful art show, where families come together to celebrate the campers’ achievements.
Arts camp thrives on the spirit and generosity from volunteers. New volunteers are always welcome to join us in this rewarding experience of bonding our youth with their peers and with the land and traditions of Temagami. Visit our Volunteer page for more information.
