The Annual General Meeting of the Foundation will take place on the date and time, via the platform, noted
above. All Members of the Foundation are entitled to vote at the meeting. The Members of the Foundation are
all current and previous Directors and the Original Nominating Committee members.
At the meeting Members will be asked to approve the Financial Statements and the auditors’ report for the fiscal
year ended December 31, 2020 and to approve the appointment of BDO as auditors for the 2021 fiscal year. The
Co-Chairs will report on activity since the last AGM in June of 2020.
Although only Members may vote, the meeting is open to the public. Please extend an invitation to anyone you
know interested in the work of the Foundation and the vitality of our community.
